Damm Says Seniors Deserve Our Respect, Support

Anne Damm, the Democratic Party candidate for Benzie County’s 4th District, with longtime friends Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ely.

As your County Commissioner, Damm will make sure Benzie’s provides the kind of health care and other service that every son and daughter would want for their own parents.

The way we take care of our seniors is an indication of how we value all of life. No one should lack for basics like good food, affordable health care, a comfortable place to live, and access to companionship, family and transportation. Seniors teach us lessons only learned through long life experience. We should see ourselves in seniors who have lost their independence or memory, and collectively take care of them with the kind of compassion we all deserve.

As your County Commissioner, Anne Damm will fight for:

Quality affordable healthcare programs for seniors
Quality, conveniently located, affordable senior housing
Nutritional programs and other support for seniors that need help living healthy, satisfying, independent lives.
