On Saturday, June 15, we will meet like we always do on the third Saturday, but–just this one time–we will do it online ONLY
That’s because we really want you to show up a few hours later for our amazing Candidate Round-Up! Get ready for a nice little private party at the Stormcloud Tap Room from 4 to 7 p.m., for y’all and our 20 or so candidates running for township and county offices. We’ve got a record number of Dems running and you really need to be there!
We’ll tell you more about the Candidate Round Up soon–but right now, make June 15 a red-letter day on your calendar and sign up to Zoom with us that Saturday morning.
It’s a big meeting–our last before the 4th of July parade, our 5th of July Happy Hour with Dana Nessel, the Aug. 6 primary, Benzie Bus and other millages, and hot new projects we want to tell you about.
We’ll keep it short: Virtual coffee at 9:30, then at 10:00 Party announcements about the Roundup, the Parade, the primary, and some other very encouraging front line things from more of our hard-working members.
Then we’ll reconvene a little later that day, 4-7 pm, at the Stormcloud Tap Room, to meet, greet, and enjoy refreshments with the great candidates who are throwing their hats in the ring for offices throughout Benzie County this November — and offer them our support to help turn Benzie blue!.
