That’s right! Instead of a VIRTUAL meeting for July, we’ll be brunching and bonding in person at the country home of Jeanne Strathman and Robb Bollenberg, 10875 Oviatt Rd.
In addition to the lovely surroundings and the joy of hanging out with actual humans, we’ll also be enjoying a mighty fine brunch, including Chris & Sean’s french toast with homegrown maple syrup, regular and veggie sausage patties, Paul & Jeannie’s fruit salad, Mark & Virginia’s Mexican frittata, Jim’s oatmeal casserole, Jonathan’s freshest bagels, Crescent Bakery’s highly dangerous glazed donuts, Jane’s wicked banana bread, plus coffee, tea, mimosas…and whatever brunch items you’d like to add to the party –if you’re so inclined.
But the main thing is to BE THERE! And bring your Dem-friendly or Dem-curious friends and family. Here’s how to get to where you’re going:
From Frankfort, take M-22 to Fowler Road, then go right about a mile to Blohm Rd. Take a left, then turn right at the “T” intersection, onto Oviatt. Their place is on the right, less than a mile.
From Beulah/Benzonia/South Benzie, take US 31 to Indian Hill Rd. (next to HQ!), go north to Fowler, turn right, go left on Blohm Rd., and turn right at Oviatt, as above.
From Lake Ann, head west on 610 (a/k/a Maple Rd.) and follow it as it changes, via those tricky little corners, from Maple to Almira to Fowler Roads–all also marked 610. You’ll eventually see Blohm Rd. on your right…and turn right. Then it’s a right on Oviatt, as above.
